Our RRQB Training THUNDER 7 on 7 Program is currently looking for volunteer coaches to help out this tournament season!  We will be selecting approximately 2 WR dads on each team to help assist throughout the year.  Listed below are some of our qualifications, expectations, and what volunteer coaching would entail:

 

Qualifications & Expectations:

​

  • Your son does not play QB.

  • You have previous 7 on 7 coaching or playing experience.

  • You are able to help assist at practices.

  • You are able to show up early to games and possibly help lead warm-ups.

  • You are able to easily navigate the Zorts App.

  • You are willing to assist the head coach in recognizing coverages or mismatches, providing feedback on offensive and defensive strategies, and helping with proper player rotations.
